Elements of Art Project Lesson
Materials: 9 x 9 white paper, pencil, colored pencils, sharpie, scissors, ruler and an example of the finished project.
Objective: By the end of the lesson the students will have a better understanding of the Elements of Art.
Elements of Art: Line, Form, Value, Texture, Shape, Space, Color
Vocabulary: Foreshorten, 3-D. shading,
Assignment: The project is to create a chart that shows the Elements Art with examples.
Step #1
On the 9 x 9 white paper you will draw the outline for the chart you are creating. See below
Step #2
Write the words, Elements of Art in the section without the border. Write the Names of all the Elements of Art as shown
Step #3
Draw the Elements in each section as shown. Color each section including the element in each section. Shade the objects in the Form section to show that it has form
